I covered a Purge mask with medical tape, and tea/coffee stained + hand painted the mask, dress, and tights.

I think this could fit with Level 14 (not super familiar w/ the wiki tbh). I’ve unfortunately had quite a few hospital visits & surgeries, and I wanted to capture how it felt for me waking up from anesthesia.

I spent two weeks in the ICU once after surgical complications, and it felt like forever. Everyday blurred together. The food was bland, and the walls were a faded pastel. Everyday they said they might discharge me. I slept so much, but it was never good sleep, and at one point, I was so delirious from meds that I thought something was in the room with me.
