So today is April 30th and my salary got credited — no revised compensation, no hike, nothing.

I was expecting the increment to kick in this month, there were few news articles weeks ago stating we will get double digit hikes for high performers and all BS.

Has anyone seen any official statement or news article about delays in salary revisions?

Would really appreciate if someone could shed some light. Feeling disappointed even though it's expected from TCS.
