I'm new to having a Tapo C100. It's my first Tapo camera. I've had it a couple of weeks and liked it but today I tried to download a couple of motion captures it did, and it won't download one. I downloaded the first clip in about a minute. The second said it was downloading, but it didn't appear in the Tapo downloads folder like the first had. I went back to check on its status, and the app said it was already downloading. 30 minutes went by and it hadn't downloaded and any attempts to get it download didn't work because the app said the clip was "already downloading".

I've restarted my phone and tried again. I've rebooted the camera. 6 hours later the app still says the video is downloading. It is not downloading. I can't get this clip!

Anyone know how to fix this?

I have been working on several legal issues and have emails going back to 2018 that are part of the issues. Today I began the next phase and find that none of the emails prior to July 2025, can be found. Old emails from other folders seem to be there, from the slight digging I did in other folders/subjects.

I have not lost them: I have a very specific folder system in Gmail that I am very familiar with. They are simply not there.

I am using 44% of my Gmail storage.
Using Chrome.
Windows 10 PC (with extended support).

How the heck do I get them back? They're proof that certain things were said, and very important.
