IF I'm hiring an OT subcontractor for (for example) 4 hours/week at the NDIS rate. I'm offering a 70/30 split on therapy, but I'm passing through 100% of travel time and $0.99/km to them. I'm also paying 12% super on their labor. Does this 30% margin ($144/week profit for 4 hours) cover the typical admin/insurance overhead for a sole trader practice, or is it too lean? what do you think about the ratio? he or she has 4 years experienced therapist. in this case they will receive $135.00 per hour from session (from 193.99) + super etc
