I am 22 years old turning 23 in may and 6’1, I’ve been on my weight loss journey for some weeks and I have my weight loss documented in my notes that I will post here below. I work in a warehouse and sometimes when I get off of work, I work out at home boxing with punching bag and doing push-ups, I can say that I struggle with dieting the most, , all in all
I am trying to figure out if I’m going at a good pace or a bad pace or OK.
