Hey everyone, I’m an L4 SDE planning an internal transfer from Seattle to San Francisco and had a few questions. If anyone has gone through this process or knows how it works, any insight would really help:

1. Does base pay usually get adjusted to match SF compensatio

2. Do we get relocation/movement support again like when we initially joined?
3. Slightly awkward question 😅 can I add my female friend as a domestic partner so she can fly with me and help with the move, even though I selected heterosexual in my application?
