Should I leave my WFH job for an office job?

I currently work from home making $19.00 an hour. Employer fully pays family deductible(husband/child). I pay dental and vision(about $20 a check biweekly for self/child). However, the main benefit is the flexibility of getting child to and from bus stop. Bus leaves at 7am and arrives back at 4:30pm. Also, am home to care for child during all breaks and sick days.

Recently was offered a job but the schedule is 8am to 5:00pm M-F (with schedule subject to change at any time apparently). My husbands currently works 6am-2:30 pm so afternoon pick ups won’t be an issue currently. However, beginning in January there is a mandatory shift change to 2:30pm-10:00pm. Husband makes $37.00 an hour so him changing jobs is not an option(body mechanic for city transportation service)

Unfortunately, her school offers no after school programs besides clubs (cheer, chess, etc) once a week. Carpooling isn’t an option as this is a tag school so she busses there from across town. Family works so no other reliable child care to help. Walking home from bus wouldn’t be an option as it’s a busy road. She’s 11 but a young 11 if that makes sense.

We recently bought a house so the raise would be great(plus room for career growth) but I’m worried if after taxes, insurance and childcare would it even be worth the stress?
Should I wait a couple of more years?
Any advise please.

Edit: the new job is making $28 an hour. Would also need to pay insurance out of my check. For self and child it is $176.29 deductible from biweekly paycheck pre-tax. Husband would go back to his company insurance paying $55 per biweekly check.

Edit #2: Job is 9 miles but commute would be around 45 minutes there and back during morning and evening rush house. It’s downtown and they don’t offer employee parking so I’d also have to pay to park.
