I'm new and just got the skills to get a battleship the ones I want are a bill a piece so I'm looking for a cheap battleship to make money with in the meantime i fly caldari because I like missiles. However , i'm just looking for ship with a high dps to ehp level

I have a friend who is part of a wh Corp who invited me to join at some point im relatively new and I would like to join however, I don't know how much I should train before I move into wh space . I want to Max out my pi skills before I do but how many total skill points should I have before I try to do something like that.
