Is there a such thing as a simple Mortgage Rate Alarm?
Like many folks now I have a mortgage I would like to refinance at some point when rates dip. I am forced the indignity of having to google current rates every week or so. Is there not an website that can send me an email or text when rates dip below, for example, 5.05%?
