Anyone else get pains from medication?
I've been on and off about medicating my depression and anxiety, and after time I've decided not to go back to trying. At least for where I am currently in my life. I do, however, have other things going on I can't ignore that have me thinking about my time on medication.
Everytime I took medication I could feel my body excessively. I could feel how my skin wrapped around me and I could feel the burning and stinging pain of my knees. With ssris the skin problem was worse, but after going on anti-anxiety meds that weren't ssris my knees became unbearable.
Now, they started to feel less bad when I stopped, but I've been thinking about it again after starting a job that's causing my knees to flare up again.
My question is: Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing when on medication? Either with or without chronicpain? When I brought it up to a doctor her only response was that knee pain isn't a recorded side-effect of the medication.
