Experience:
Communication was pretty smooth overall. HP isn’t super detailed but replies consistently and gets things done. Didn’t have to chase much.
QC came in a reasonable time and matched what I received in hand — no surprises.
Shipping was straightforward. Once tracking updated, it moved quick. No customs issues on my end.
Quality (Quick Thoughts):
Canvas looks clean, monogram placement is solid
Leather is light (expected), will darken with use
Structure is good, not floppy
Hardware feels decent for the price
