I have pretty large turbinates and my and I feel very stuffy most days but I want to do a nasal rinse . I’m scared the water will get stuck or I will drown or something bad will happen . But I think the nasal rinse could help me . Any advise . Is that possible with the large turbinates or you think I’ll be fine ?

Are flights going to and from Barcelona being cancelled at all ?
