This event being Act 1 locked makes deciphering feel so much worse than it would otherwise. I want to try a 1 hp meme run but doing that in exchange for upgraded strikes and defends is the worst trade deal in the history of trade deals.

Oh also the alternative is the best heal event in the game. Just in case the good choice wasn't obvious enough.

EDIT: To clarify I mean taking the final decipher option that upgrades your entire deck and sets your max HP to 1. The other deciphers are fine as-is.
