For those of you who don't know, a popular dilemma has been going viral recently:
"Everyone on earth takes a private vote by pressing a red or blue button. If more than 50% of people press the blue button, everyone survives. If less than 50% of people press the blue button, only people who pressed the red button survive. Which button would you press? BE HONEST."
My argument for pressing the red button:
Wether you pick blue or red, you are equally unsure of the blue team's survival. Wether you contributed to increasing the likeliness of the blue team's survival or you contributed to decreasing it, neither option changes that fact.
However with the red button you are guaranteed survival, while the blue button fails to guarantee any outcome hence making it a blind gamble.
Hence I would pick red.
