First time I tried to install Football manager 2024 (mounted iso) I got a couple of notifications from windows defender. I clicked install anyway or whatever and allowed a couple of trojans.

But now nothing happens when I double click the .exe file. Literally nothing. It loads for a second and then nothing.

How can I install it now?
