Simply put, I just wanna commission someone to cut a hole in some pair of underwear I would provide. Unopened, brand new, etc.

I would do it myself, but I would likely fudge it up hard, and cut myself or something. I am sure some heims or other reinforcements would be ideal here.

Specifically, in the fly area. My goal is to have that 'commando' feel, yet not get chafed.
