I'm new to the LoO and Ra Material, and I've read through it all the way once. There were several parts about crystals and pyramids I wasnt particularly interested in and skipped over, but I grasp this material fairly well.
I used to be a LaVeyan Satanist in my younger years, and I think that was instrumental in my introduction to magic and spiritual working. I've flipped 180°, but I still understand his philosophy well. What Ra describes as a negatively polarized person is 100%, punch for punch, a proper Satanist. Get yours for you and your own, and fuck everyone else. Use your energy to build your magic and become a more powerful and dominant force in your own life so that none may stand in your way to what you desire. It is a very red, orange, yellow ray energy dominant philosophy.
One part of the book that really stood out to me was the idea of a negative 6th density wanderer incarnating here on earth. Ra said that their mission would be to teach the ways of negative polarization. Which is what Mr. LaVey absolutely did. What I also found interesting is that Ra almost seemed afraid of the material and refused to comment further on it.
Do you guys have thoughts on this? And who else in history was maybe a negative polarized teacher. Machiavelli?
