Can we legitimately just buy a bunch of cheap lowers before July 1st and then just build whatever we want after? The uppers aren’t getting banned so we can still buy them. The serial number is on the lower that’s considered the “firearm”. Since the “firearm” is purchased before July 1st, it should be fine right?

If this is the case I’m gonna go buy a ton of lowers….
