Shark 2 in 1 - Always "Empty"
I have a Shark PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo Unit (RV2820ZEUS).
I have had it for several months now and honestly its been a great experience. It mops well and vacuums well.
Recently., maybe 2-3 weeks now, it has decided that it's onboard water reservoir is ALWAYS empty. It starts am mission normally, yet it cannot complete a single room without returning to the dock to "refill". In doing so, it goes thru the whole routine of emptying the dust pin and washing the mop pad which has led to a higher number of.. touches from me. Not only does it force me to empty the dirty water/refill the clean water, it also takes the robot significantly longer to complete each mission.
I have observed it returning to the dock when it says it is "empty" and there is clearly plenty of water in the reservoir. There was an app update recently (2 weeks ago) but it was happening PRIOR to updating (v6.17.0 on iOS). I hoped that updating would fix it and it has not. I have manually emptied the reservoir and let it run since and it still suffers from this issue.
Any tips/tricks to fix this? Is this a issue others are facing with this or similar models?
If there is another sub/place to post - please let me know.
