Does my C216 tactical plan need compensation filled in for Q5–Q6?
Hey everyone, I’m working on C216 Task 1 and I’m confused about the tactical plan.
In the simulation export (PDF), Q5–Q6 compensation fields are always 0.0 because the sim doesn’t calculate future quarters.
But in my presenter notes, I say that compensation stays stable across Q4–Q6 as part of my HR strategy.
My Excel tactical plan does include all required Q5–Q6 decisions (ads, digital marketing, production volume, productivity loss, sales team, pricing, capacity). Only the financial fields like compensation/COGS/revenue show 0.0 because the sim doesn’t generate those.
Is this normal? Will this cause a revision?
