MacBook Keyboard Litigation Settlement Check Arrived Already Void

So I finally got my $45 check in the mail a few days ago for this lawsuit, except the check was already void. It says it was issued 4/3/26, void 5/3/26, and I didn't get it in the mail until I think 5/5. I called and emailed them, and they responded via email saying, "As the Settlement has come to an end, we are unable to reissue your check as the deadline to request a reissue has passed." I'm triggered lol. Is there anything I can do? Anyone else get their check too late to deposit?

Simon Grille emailed me minutes after that, saying he's contacting the Settlement Administrator to reissue the check.

Minutes after that, Angie from the Settlement Administrator's office called me. She said she was calling in response to my email, not in response to Simon. She hadn't talked to Simon yet. She said they can't reissue anything, so I argued with her and asked her a million questions, asked why the check got to me so late and she said that's on the post office, and said she'd have to talk to her colleagues and get back to me. So I'm waiting on that now. Will update asap.

At one point I asked her, "So, through no fault of my own, I'm not getting my money?" and her response was literally, "The deadline to request a reissue has passed". I said that's not an answer, she said "that's the only answer" lol I hate her.

If this dead ends, I'll see about reporting them to the consumer protection office and update on that too. Wish me luck, this is bullshit 🙃

UPDATE 5/12 - Simon just got back to me saying he spoke to the administrator and they should be able to reissue payment and he'll send me an update in a few days. I'm gonna check in with him Friday if I don't hear anything. I'll keep you guys posted! Crossing fingers there are no random hiccups...
