We’re working on adding customer-facing analytics to our SaaS product, and the goal is for end users to really engage with it. But I’m kinda stuck on how to make it *feel useful* enough for them to use regularly. Like, we don’t want it to just be some dashboard they glance at once and then ignore. How do you design analytics in a way that feels natural and part of the workflow without overwhelming people or making it too basic? Is there a sweet spot between flexibility and simplicity? Would love to hear any ideas or examples of what’s worked for you.
