Hello, we are searching for an apartment to rent and we found a couple of options narrowed down, one of them is an apartment and one is a house. For both of them the heating is individuel and not collective. both are in ile de France region. I understand that it depends on the usage and it could be subjective, but we were trying to find out the approximate cost we would have per month for energy consumption specially if the DPE is noted as 'E'. Is there any way to calculate it as the landlord was not sure about the cost.

Hello, I am an Indian citizen but a french resident and been living in France for 9 years.I have a passeport talent titre de séjour. My wife is also Indian but was working and living in Finland and we finally decided to move to France together. As per the procedure we decided to go with passeport talent Famille type of visa for her. She applied in Finland and received the visa VLS TS passeport talent Famille which is only for first three months, the embassy in Finland told us to validate the visa once she is in France so she can get the full duration of her visa(the full duration of her visa is the same as mine). Once she arrived in France we tried to validate and it goes till the last step until buying the virtual stamp, we bought the stamp and entered the number but it keeps saying technical error. We contacted the prefecture and they asked us a copy of her visa. We sent it to them and they got back to us saying it does not need validation as it’s a VLS visa while her visa CLEARLY mentions it’s VLS TS passeport talent famille. Her current ‘temporary’ visa is valid ONLY for three months. Has anyone encountered similar issue before and if so how did you handle it? Thank you!
