Including inspo photo as well as CAD I recieved back today. I have already decided I want them to make the marquise prongs white gold rather than yellow.

What else should I address? This is my first CAD and also a very important piece so all advice is greatly appreciated.

1ct center marquise with 1/4ct accent, set in 14K gold. Ring size 5.5.

I get to choose out of these three for my custom ring. I feel like the third has a pretty prominent bow tie. What are y’all’s thoughts on 1/2/3?
