Hello all! Curious about what people's experiences are like who have or haven't lived in the Riverside area. I've been staying away from Westwood, Fort McKinley, and North Dayton areas. Oakwood and Kettering seem excellent, but I'm also considering Belmont for sure, and curious how Riverside holds up in comparison. Seems like Airway Shopping Center is a lively area, not like some of the abandoned businesses/buildings in other areas of Dayton.

I'd enjoy to hear a broad perspective, but thinking specifically, my main concerns would be safety and ease of commute. Thanks!
