Hi everyone
I started at 181lbs in October. My last shot was on March 7, 5.5mg. I’m still at the same weight as of March which is 133lbs. I quit cold turkey. I count my calories and I stay around 1200-1500. I started walking for an hour a day (I lost the weight just by eating less so the walking is new to me).
My goal was 120-125lbs but I just couldn’t take it anymore and I’m happy with how I look right now.
The thing is I’m terrified by the “rebound hunger” you all have been talking about. It didn’t happen to me yet. My appetite is definitely not as suppressed but it’s manageable so far. I wonder when will I be considered “safe”? When exactly do most people regain the weight? It’s not that I’m planning to change my habits by that time but I just want to relax it’s so stressful.
