So I bought a subscription through Play Store, the amount was charged from my bank account but I haven't received the subscription and there's nothing showing on Google Play that a transaction even took place

So I can't really ask for my money back because all the refund forms need the transaction ID (which doesn't exist), i tried everything to find a way to contact Google Support but apparently it doesn't exist

What do I do?
