The title is is basic idea. I'm a long time card game player, been playing Magic since 2006 but decided to give Riftbound a go with the Unleashed Pre Rift event & wanna get into constructed. My questions are, in essence, what's the easiest way to get cards outside of TCGPlayer, & what are some budget decks I can play? I'm interested in building around the new Master Yi because I like the concept of building up EXP to make my board stronger, but Lillia & Vex also seem like they are up my alley for how I like to play card games.
