So I met this girl in my class in beginning of the semester she was super high energy and friendly we talked she asked for my number and invited me out to join her since I was not doing anything and nor was she. She and I hung out by her initiative a few times for a club we shared interest in but then after that I was feeling mixed signals in person.. later on she was getting a little bit touchy and still was friendly but her mood keeps going up and down so frequently when I see her in class ik she say she tired and stuff but idk. Every class for like fifteen weeks she kept saying how she so busy and has so much hw and I haven’t even proposed a hangout but she kept saying that everytime and the time I asked her to hangout she said she could if it’s close to class time she doesn’t live at the school and also she had matinence issues with friendships due to lack of motivation when she first came to the school which I found out about through talking at some point. She has no friends on campus yet when I asked her to hangout she was saying how she should be doing hw instead got drained so fast and then was saying how next week she busy again as if she doesn’t want me to ask her or something. However I didn’t ask for a hangout until so many weeks passed like 7 weeks. She had stopped mentioning she was busy at some point but when we hung out she mentioned it again. Whenever I try bringing something up like I feel like she just tells me she busy even tho I didn’t ask. Yet she wanted to plan out a class to be together in the next year and legit asked me for my schedule. Idk if she lazy or she just a person who can’t manage school and social life but I feel like in beginning she was rlly trying and then now she acts same in class but she doesn’t ask to hangout. I just think it weird to say ur busy for like 20 class meetings like everytime u say u are so busy. Like when I said oh u should do something on this day to destress she was like no I can’t I have to study and like always saying how she has to study or whatever. I thought she wanted a friendship idk if she disinterested now but it’s just odd to me I get if ur busy but going out once isn’t going to hurt u and she doesn’t do anything else besides school. It makes me feel weird cause it’s like she trying to push me away so hard and saying she busy and saying she busy in future so I can’t ask her yet she like practically love bombing me in person.
