I messed up… if this fixable without a sparky?
I had an unruly bush by my garage that has 220 buried under it. While trimming I sliced some of the ground wire… there are two strands attached out of out of 7. Can I simply splice a new ground or should I have them attach a new one to the breaker panel? Thanks in advance!
