Hello I live in Western PA and this Japanese maple has been here since 2021. This spring we noticed it's branches are not even half full of leaves like usual. The leafs that are there are already wilting and it's heavy with moss and whiteish patches along the tree trunk. Can't find anything through chat gpt or Google for a solution or what to do. This is a beautiful tree that we love dearly, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
