Back in 2007 clips of it were used in one of the tv shows in France that covered Miley's visit to Paris.

At first I assumed that the concert took place in Paris but the reporter didn't mention anything about the concert and I couldn't find anything on the internet either. So there's a chance this concert has nothing to do with France and that TV show simply had some promo materials/video files that were given to them.

But anyway, regardless of the city in which this concert took place, is there a full version? Was it ever broadcasted? It's definitely a proshot
