Pursuing CFA without a degree

Hello everyone!

I'm considering taking the CFA exams. I had a luck in the beggining of my career three years ago and landed a finance job that includes trading comodities, forex derivatives and such, basically a trader. My job has been great so far but my dream since college was to become a portfolio manager and my current employer doesn't offer me such possibility.

Thanks to my job I have earned valuable finance experience but I have never finished bachelor degree because of it. Would it be worth it for me to pursue CFA without finishing undergraduate? I feel like taking undergrad for 3 years wouldn't teach me much more than I had to learn for my current job but it would take so much of my time and especially time that I can use to get more relevant work experience. And I would rather use rest of the time I have to learn for the exam.

I currently live in czech Republic but I am open to portfolio management everywhere since there aren't many jobs like that here. The only thing I am scared of is that my CV might get thrown off the table right away without having Bachelors, even though I have some experience.

Thanks all!
