Do top 10 get Showdown frame or just 1st? Confirmation needed!

I am unwilling to commit all that time and maybe even money to get the 2 star frame. I noticed the competition is a lot tougher and if it's true top 10 gets 2 star frame I might go for it but I need confirmation first cos I definitely won't try for 1st. Anyone can confirm ?
