I've started to notice these 'wet' looking spots getting bigger on my distribution plate. The plate is one of those that replaces the front glass on 011D EVO. All these sections are supposed to be dry, as in no fluid runs through them.

All the top and bottom screw points have it to some degree like the 3rd photo, so I'm not convinced this might be the coolant. But I'm still worried this might cause a leak in the future as the big ones seem to form around the gaskets.

Even if it may not cause a leak, is it something that can be fixed? If anyone has experience with this, any advice would be appreciated!
