I badly want to disaffiliate na from UP. I have already submitted my Honorable Dismissal to another university and they will be the one who will mail it to UP instead of me (that’s their protocol daw). So what’s next after they mail it? Anong dapat kong iprepare or iexpect? Isusurrender ko ba yung ID or whatever?
