Gamepad Cursor question

I have the option to turn it on, but I don't see a way to have it automatically turn on/off for specific games and app. Every video I've seen in this feature shows the apps name on the bar in that section.

Doctor took the wind out of my sails

Last month I was diagnosed with a fatty liver. I was vegan for most of my life prior to this. After switching back to a normal American diet I kind of let myself go. A Reese's cup after dinner? Sure! Bad habits like that.

I decided to go on a Keto omad diet. I'm four weeks in and I'm down 18lbs! My recent blood work should a quick turnaround. I still have a ways to go, but for the first time in a long time I feel good.

But I started at 292 and I'm not at 274. I was so excited to tell my primary Doctor about my changes but he was less than thrilled. He suggested I eat breakfast each day. Either a bowl of cereal with low fat milk or oatmeal. For lunch he wants me on a low fat protein alternative or grilled chicken. He said to increase my carbohydrates to at least 150 a day.

He said to cut back on red meat, eggs, and olive oil. He said the keto diet is too high in fat and cholesterol. He also suggested to switch to seed oils like canola, soybean, and sunflower for lower fat.

I'm normally one to follow my doctors orders, but is it just me or is he just reciting the American Health Association's guidelines?
