Does anyone know of a EU seller that can make proxy boosters from a specific set with random cards but correct rare uncommon common distribution so me and my friends can do a draft night for fun? Was thinking urzas set or maybe other sets that are from premodern

Im looking for a cheap VPS with at least 4GB RAM, windows that I can connect to via WEB RDP.
The objective is to run Magic the gathering online. It's an old software that runs ok in most computers.
I now use a service called AppOnFly but the connection is unstable, the RDP is sluggish and I don't really trust them (maybe they are keylogging me and IDK...).
I imagine that I can setup a VPS somewhere and there is a website that provides RDP via web to connect to it somehow... or am I dreaming?
