i have tried to get minecraft java on my macbook air off the browser, which i think is the only way? i have signed in with microsoft on my browser where i downloaded and payed for it , payed, and been on the launcher previously and it said download and i did and now it just looks like this. my mouse is just spinning when on the tab. i cannot click when on the tab but i can force quit, restart my laptop and i have to no avail. sorry this may not be the right subreddit and maybe be an obvious and wasting someone's time but i am not trying to do that. any help would be appreciated.
