Anyone else experience piss showers?
Neighbors above us keep locking their dog on their patio and it pees. This was the 1st of 3 times today. We have already contacted management. So frustrating, my own dogs cannot even spend any time outside because of the risk of getting a piss shower.
They also don’t know what an astray is.
