Newbie - Anyone have any experience removing this lock in particular? Removed the inner panel and took off the locking mechanism inside - and then I thought the dial would just pop up, but I have pushed, pulled, twisted, yanked and tapped it in every direction and cannot get it to move one way or the other… Am I missing something? Or does it slide up and I’m just not using enough force?

As an aside, bought used and am switching the lock out with an S&G because, while the keypad works, I cannot get the combination to work. So any ideas on that would also be awesome too
