What will the future doctors do?( the doctors of 2040s)..will they have to remain in their own countries? 😐

I was working as a lecturer of anatomy in a medical college for 2 years.. though now move to clinical practice..and also have recemcy of practice.. but that 2 years will count as a clinical gap? Or not as I was involve in medical teaching
