Hi everyone,

I have a 5 year old cat who hates getting in her carrier. I am supposed to go on vacation for a week and I have two options. One being her to a family members house and they will take her for a week. That has the potential to stress both of us out since it’s a struggle to get her in her carrier and she cries the whole car ride. (I do it for the vet yearly so it’s not impossible) option two is leave her home for the week and someone comes every few days to check on her and change her litter. She has an automatic feeder and water fountain and we have cat cams. We have left her for a short 4 day trip like this and she was perfectly fine only a little clingy to me a few days after we got back.
