Any suggestions for this? I find that I’m having a few more patients return for bite issues/sensitivity following fillings & crowns than I’d normally expect. I try not to desiccate the tooth after spot etching, I take my time with bond, scrubbing as I count to 8 in my head. I adjust occlusion both laying down and sitting upwards. I check excursives

I take IO images when teeth are fractured or it’s really big and explain that to the patient. But after two or three adjustments they get amnesia

Maybe it’s an expectation thing?

What do you guys do/say?
