Not sure how to proceed with this one.

My neighbor paid $4,300 to have this fence that blew over completely replaced. Said that the other quotes they got were $1k-$2k more. I had no idea prices were this high. I’ve been bidding jobs way too low with fencing apparently. This is in central Iowa too.
