I recently made the decision to hop on a test e cycle after years of thinking about it and researching the basics. I know the general advice is to start lower than 500 these days, but I think the risk to reward with 500 test is great and generally tolerable for most people so I decided to start at 300 and slowly titrate the dose up to 500 increasing it by around 50mg each week.

I'm on week 10 of the cycle so I've been on 500 for 6 weeks now. So far it's been smooth sailing, bench has gone up 22.5 kg and in general I have much more strength in all of my lifts, bw has also gone up 16 kg although obviously a big part of that is just water and a little fat.

Most of the strength and size gains happened the first few weeks and now it's slowed down quite a bit but I already expected that.

I've had no side effects whatsoever and I feel great. Got my blood work done around week 8 and everything is in check too. I'm also taking all of the basic ancillaries so I'm pretty confident nothing will go wrong.

Don't fry me too hard in the comments I know I'm not very jacked I had to get really thin these last few months since I was modeling but I'm pretty happy with my progress.
