First question, why did they title the games as "The Prince of Tennis II" in the english versions?

Second, I plan to get these games in physical cartridges for my Switch, but the physical versions are Asia-only and available only from sites like playasia and videogamesplus. (its still pre-order right now tho)

I saw on the offical twitter/x profile that they will add Echizen Ryoga in Gakupuri and Hikari Zaizen into Dokisaba as official DLC for the new remasters.

Im wondering, if I get the Physical ASIA version of the games, will the DLC still work even though im from North America? Because I heard that getting digital DLC is still region locked unless im wrong.
