Recntly got a PSvita TV and would to be able to contiue my save file on games between the handheld when im out and the pstv when at home. (I dont have PS+)

They each have their own SD2vitas with micro SD cards that I jailbroke following vitahacks guide and setup with YAMT. I belive all the games and saves are currently saved to the mircoSD's. I have one 4gb proprietary memory card and im trying to figure out how to configure my settings so the saves go there and when I get home I can just swap the memory card and continue playing. Does anybody know how to do this?
