I have a 2016 LE that didn't come with fog lights installed. I removed the cover and found this connector attached to it. I'm not sure what kind of connector it is or how I'd attach a fog light to it. Google seemed to indicate it was a CVT transmission solenoid connector but I don't understand why that would be dead ended at the fog light cover.

If this isn't a connector for fog lights then what would it be for? Do I just replace the entire wiring harness? Any help is appreciated. Glad to provide additional info or pics if it helps.
