So was a bit of a second hand interaction, but a quiet night working and the server rings in one of our speciality margaritas but says the customer wants to leave out lime juice all together and replace it with grenadine…now to say the face of me and my co worker who was working service well was a bit befuddled by this, but sure enough we made it…and it, and tasted tested… to say the taste felt off was an understatement. Like had a weird grainy taste in there like leftover coffee grounds or something. But sure enough customer enjoyed it so much we made another. Anyone else have situations like this?
